Digital designs

Free worldwide delivery on every digital design. There is nothing to post: your finished design arrives by email as a high-resolution file you can take straight to a tattoo artist or a printer. Every design is drawn to order, so custom commissions normally take a few days, and up to 3 draft designs included so you can steer it before it is finished.

Getting it right

Up to 3 draft designs included. If a draft is not quite there, tell me what to change and I will redraw it. That is what the drafts are for, and most pieces settle within two.

Posted prints

Shipping is free on every order and I post worldwide. Prints and hand-painted originals go out rolled in a tube so they arrive crease free, sent by Royal Mail. Once your piece is finished, please allow 3 working days for UK delivery and 7 working days everywhere else.

Payments

Payment is handled by Stripe, so your card details never reach this site. Apple Pay, Link and all major cards are accepted, and you can pay in pounds or dollars. Once your order is in I reply personally to confirm the details and talk through anything you would like included.

Returns and cancelling

If something is not right with your order, tell me first and I will put it right. Email Jenny or use the contact form.

To return a physical piece, email within 30 days of purchase to arrange it. Return postage on an item that is not faulty is yours to cover. Digital designs and used items cannot be returned, which is exactly what the drafts are for: you steer the design while it is still being drawn.

Because every piece is drawn to order, cancel before I start drawing and you get a full refund. Once drawing has started the drafts above are how we get it right together.
